Onboard DPF Cleaning Machine with Measuring Function

The Automec AD3030 SX DPF Cleaning Machine with Measuring Function enables cleaning of the particulate filter without having to remove the filter from the vehicle. Its built-in measuring function allows visual observation of the cleaning results.

The Automec AD3030 SX DPF Cleaning Machine represents the latest development in on-board DPF cleaning technology. Its fully automatic and user-friendly design provides a practical solution for both professionals and vehicle owners. Connection to the vehicle is made via the lambda sensor for both cleaning and measurement. The vehicle's engine runs at idle (N) throughout the entire operation. Emission occurs through the exhaust. For visual examples, please watch our videos.

The blue hose on the machine is used for measurement. Connect it to the lambda sensor, and the results will be displayed on the bar on the front of the machine. Before starting the cleaning process, secure the blue measuring tube to the lambda sensor and make sure the car is running at idle (N). Use the first bar (before test) on the front of the machine to observe the level of congestion by adjusting the tap. After the cleaning process, use the second bar (after test) to compare the results.

Cleaning is done with the special fluids supplied with the machine. Do not use other fluids or chemicals. Three 5-liter fluid tanks (A1, A2, A3) are located at the back of the machine. These can be ordered from us or our partners at any time. See the user manual for more details.

The cleaning is performed using the specialized liquids provided with the machine. No other liquids or chemicals should be used.
